Dale Carnegie’s Principles for Being a Good Listener

Being an attentive listener is always easy. Our minds drift to our own thoughts, we may be asked to concentrate on someone’s words at the end of a long day, or we just simply might not be interested in the person doing the speaking or the subject matter.

But like it or not, good listening skills are imperative to doing good business and interacting with people during the course of your day.
